In addition to bankruptcy law, I also work closely with personal injury and workman’s compensation attorneys. Frequently, I see cases where clients are in debt due an injury. In those situations, my office is able to consult them in both the bankruptcy and the personal injury claims. Clients would come to me for other matters such as estates planning, contract drafting, business formation, and real estate closing.

I also provide legal advice to creditors on their rights against debtors who have recently filed for bankruptcy. A common mistake that creditors make when they get a bankruptcy notice is to assume they have no rights against the debtor. In some cases, the creditor will still be able to collect from a debtor through bankruptcy court.
